AWS Cumulus Campus at Susquehanna

Amazon's campus beside Talen's Susquehanna nuclear plant in Salem Township, Pennsylvania: 1,920 MW power contract, now drawing from the grid instead of the plant.

Operating, expanding. The first hall has run since early 2023, and press reports three buildings occupied in Aug. 2026 with more under construction. Amazon says expansion construction began in Oct. 2025; the power arrangement switched from behind-the-meter to grid delivery in Apr. 2026 (press).
